PURPLE WHITE HAMS
Ingredients for purple sprouts anchovies wrap recipe:
- Purple cabbage (Leaves are thin and loose)
- 200 g of anchovies
- 1 cup of rice

- A handful of pine nuts
- One tablespoon of dry mint
- Half a bunch of parsley (finely chopped)
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
How to make purple cabbage wrapped anchovies?
- Rinse the rice 2-3 times and remove the filter. Soften the bulbs in olive oil, add the pine nuts and stir for a few minutes. Add the filtered rice into the water and cook for a few minutes.
