How to cooking SALT PANKEK
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tea cup fat free yogurt
- 1 tea cup of skim milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 pack of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt

Before making salted pancakes, mix eggs, olive oil, milk and yogurt in a deep bowl.
Add the flour slowly to the mixture and whisk until there is no lump inside.
Add the salt and baking powder to the mortar.
Lightly bake the pan and lightly heat the pan. With the help of a scoop, pour the mortar from the capper to the middle of the ceiling.
The pan will be cooked in 2-3 minutes. Turn the pancake and cook the other side on an equal level.
