How to Cooking FIG JAM
- 2 kg mountain figs
- 2 cups of apple juice
- 3 tablespoons of grape molasses
- 2 teaspoons of lemon salt

Wash the apples and figs thoroughly before you start making fig figs with our sugar-free recipe.
Peel the figs and cut in half, squeeze the apples.
Put the apple juice in a medium-sized pot and bring to a low heat until the color darkens.
When the apple juice becomes darker, add figs and cut the bottom of the oven.
Add the molasses and lemon salt close to cooking figs.
