Cabbage with olive oil
6 Persons Preparation 25 minutes Cooking 45 minutes

Ingredients for recipe for cabbage with olive oil
1 medium size soft cabbage
For mortar:
2 tea cups of extra virgin olive oil
6 pcs winter onion (Onions shouldn’t hurt)
2 cup baldo rice
2 tablespoons pine nuts
2 tablespoons of currants
2 dessert spoon of powdered sugarSalt
Black pepper
Allspice
Cinnamon
3 cups of water
1 cup of olive oil
2 lemon juice
1/2 bunch of dill

 

How to make cabbage with olive oil?

Carve out the root part of the cabbage. In boiling salt water for a very short period of time. Take a strainer for filtration.
Heat the olive oil in a pot for the inner mortar. Add the onion that you cook and roast until pink. Add the rice and stuffed peanuts and wash them for a few more minutes.
