2 slices of multi-grain toast bread
2 pieces of avocado
1 teaspoon lemon juice
A pinch of chia seeds
2 teaspoons of vinegar
Two pinch of salt
1 teaspoon black seed
1 teaspoon of butter
How to make avocado pouch eggs?
Boil 4 cups of juice in a small pot for the poacher eggs. Add salt and vinegar when the water boils. Boil the eggs for 1 minute and carefully break into the water. After 5 minutes, remove the eggs from the water with the help of a small strainer.
Place the slices of avocado sliced very thinly on top of the toasted bread and then place the sachet eggs carefully.
Pour the melted butter on them. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, black seed and chia seeds. Serve immediately without waiting.
